Exchange & Refund Policies
1. Exchange or refund is allowed if the product arrived was in bad and nonconsumable condition.
2. For any other reasons, exchange/refunds are not allowed due to food safety can be compromised.
Personal care, Cosmetics items:
1. Exchange or refund is allowed if the package is arrived broken or expired or different product arrived than you ordered.
2. Exchange or refund is not allowed, if you change your mind and even the product is sealed. This is due to the nature of the products and safety standards.
For Non-food items:
1. Exchange or refund can be done if the package/product arrived is broken or damaged
2. Exchange or refund can be done If you do not like the product, it should be unused and in same packing and re-sellable.
3. Exchange or refund can be done if the size is not suitable and the product is in re-sellable condition
- Return/Exchange to be notified within 3 working days from the arrival day
- Return/Exchange can only happen once the item reaches back or otherwise confirmed from our side.
- All eligible refunds will be done in 5-7 working days after the product arrives to the return address.
